April favourites :*

Hello my lovelies,

I know that I normally upload blog posts on the weekend but it's the 1st of May so I thought I better do my April favourites before it got too far into the month and I forgot about it. I know everybody says this but I honestly can't believe how fast this month has gone! I've had such a roller coaster of a month but have some amazing memories out of it AND we know what the 1st of May means right? I'll tell you just encase you've forgotten;).. 18 days until my birthday woohooooo! I'm so super excited and I will have a few blog posts up about my birthday, what I got and what I wore to my meal and stuff. I will also be making a YouTube channel soon which will have my birthday hauls and VLOGs on :) But anyway, here are my April favourites...

So these are my 6 favourites for April, I could have featured a lot more but I didn't want this blog post to go on for years haha!
Top (left to right) - Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream - Lush Karma bubble bar - Essie nail polish in mint candy apple.
Bottom (left to right) - MAC studio fix fluid with SPF 15 - Hollister spray in Laguna Beach - Samantha Chapman Real Techniques pointed foundation brush.

This is the Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream! I had heard such amazing things about all of the Elizabeth Arden range however, this one stood out the most. I actually went to look for it in TKMax because I thought that it would be cheaper but they didn't have it (they did have lots of other Elizabeth Arden things though so go check them out). When I was in boots I wasn't actually looking for this as I thought it would be very expensive but as I was walking out I actually noticed it out of the corner of my eye on sale from £25 I think, to about £13 which is such an amazing deal.
Anyway, I really really like this cream however it does dry my skin out a bit sometimes, I'm not too sure if that's just the weather warming up though, so I normally just use it on my lips as they've been so chapped recently and this has helped to moisturize them so so much!

Next is the Karma bubble bar from Lush. I LOVE Lush but I've never actually bought or received a bubble bar before so I thought that I would give this one a try as again, it had very good reviews. I have now used this about 3 times and I am in love with it! It makes the bath smell like heaven and produces lots of cute bubbles for the perfect relaxing bath.

Next is Essie's mint candy apple. I'm pretty sure everybody had heard about this so I won't ramble on about it haha. But this is such a pretty spring/summer colour and I love the formula of Essie's nail polishes. Definitely check them out if you haven't already.

Now is the MAC studio fix fluid with SPF 15 in the shade NC15 (I am veeeeerrryyyy pale okay haha). I can't even begin to tell you how much I am in love with this foundation! I love love love trying different foundations and this is my new all time favourite. I normally use Nars sheer matte foundation which is around the £30 mark but this MAC foundation is so much better for only around £20-4. It stays on all day with occasional powder touch ups and matches my skin tone perfectly which is always a bonus. You all need to try this foundation if you haven't already! :)

Next is my Hollister spray in Laguna Beach. Oh my lord, can anybody smell heaven? Yes that is just my Hollister spray! Honestly, this smells gorgeous as do most of the other sprays that Hollister do. Obviously as this is only a body spray/mist it doesn't last all day but it does last a while and doesn't go down quickly at all no matter how much you use (obviously not if you use an excess amount haha).

Last is my Real Techniques pointed foundation brush by Samantha Chapman. I purchased the Real Techniques core collection during the Easter holidays and I haven't stopped using them since, they probably could do with a good wash in all honestly. Anyway, I love love love this foundation brush, It's my favourite brush out of the set. I use it with my MAC foundation that I featured earlier and works really well. It is so soft and easy to apply any liquid foundation with.

So there you have it, my April favourites! I hope you liked this blog post and hopefully you'll try some of the things that I mentioned and fall in love with them too. Comment when your favourites for this month were :)

Love from,
